By Bhavna Agarwal: The nominations for K-pop's Mnet Asian Music Awards rebranded as MAMA awards are officially out. BTS has scored maximum nominations for the group along with individual achievements. Many members have earned nominations for their solos as well. Be it J-hope who released his first official solo album this year or V who sang Christmas Tree for Our Beloved Summer, Jimin who sang 'With You' for Our Blues, or Suga who collaborated with Psy for the song 'That That.'

For Artist of the Year, both BTS and member J-hope have been nominated. BTS' latest album 'Yet to Come' has been nominated for Song of the Year along with J-hope's More, V's Christmas Tree, Jimin's 'With You', That That (Prod.&Feat. SUGA) and Rush Hour (feat. j-hope). BTS has also been nominated in Worldwide Fans Choice and Best Male Group categories. Apart from this Jimin ft Ha Sungwoon (With You) and Christmas Tree have been nominated for Best OST as well.

J-hope has earned an individual nomination for Best Male Artist and Best Hip Hop categories.

The 2022 MAMA Awards will be held on November 29 and 30 at Kyocera Dome Osaka, Japan. "The MAMA Awards will be the first to present the awards ceremony for two consecutive days in Kyocera Dome, and will be broadcast live around the world through major global digital channels, including YouTube," as per the statement released earlier.
Speaking of BTS, the group recently confirmed embarking for military enlistment, as per South Korean government rules. The first member to enlist is Jin, who will be releasing his solo, The Astronaut, on October 28, 2022.
