You may be curious about the COVID-19 requirements that you still need to follow if you have any planned trip plans from UAE to India or if you’ll be there during a festival. Whether they are completely vaccinated or not, travellers must still complete the Air Suvidha Self Declaration form, according to the regulations. The circular states that fully vaccinated UAE travellers travelling in India would no longer be subject to a pre-departure PCR test.
Passengers who have completed their vaccinations must submit their vaccination certificate, given by a government agency, to the Air Suvidha travel website. Unvaccinated people must provide proof of a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before departure.

According to MohFW’s recommendations, overseas travellers should take the following actions before booking their trip:
